The stagecoach era has such charm, almost a romance, to it. It must be from the movies that we can look so fondly on the mode of transportation that had to have been very uncomfortable. Have you ever ridden in a stagecoach pulled by a team of huge, gleaming horses, perhaps in an Historic Days festival or at a local country fair? Was it a thrill?
